Ceremonies in the Sunshine

Janani and Ralph’s wedding weekend began with traditional Hindu wedding rituals in Palo Alto. The next day, guests witnessed a heartfelt Catholic ceremony, where the couple exchanged vows in the presence of their loved ones.

The celebration continued with an elegant reception at the picturesque Saratoga Springs, where 250 family members and friends gathered to toast the newlyweds and wish them well. The venue provided the perfect backdrop for an evening filled with dancing, delicious cuisine representing both cultures, and heartfelt speeches that celebrated the beautiful joining of two families.

As day-of coordinators, we ensured that every detail of this complex, multi-cultural celebration was executed flawlessly. From coordinating the timing between two distinct ceremony styles to managing the logistics of a large guest count, we worked behind the scenes to allow the couple and their families to fully immerse themselves in each precious moment of their special day.
