Elevating the Summit experience for 400 global visionaries shaping an inclusive future

Mastercard’s Center for Inclusive Growth has put on an annual Summit in Washington, DC bringing together an intimate group of 400 international impact executives for 3 days of workshop style, creative sessions on emergent humanitarian issues. The event attracts celebrities and luminaries like Trevor Noah and Melinda Gates, and guests get to explore themes like agriculture extinction through unexpected lenses- by attending an “extinction” dinner, for example. We supported the Summit in 2023 and 2024, by leading on talent recruitment and management for a 90 speaker roster of VVIPs, and by reimagining the participant experience starting with registration, improving efficiency and delight from the first touch point.
